— 01 What does a system integrator actually do?
We connect heterogeneous enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, CAD, CRM, custom apps) into a single coherent data flow. We design the middleware layer, define API contracts between systems, handle data transformation and event orchestration. We don't replace existing systems — we make them talk.
— 02 Which enterprise systems can you integrate?
Any system that exposes an interface (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, message queues, file drops). We work regularly with Siemens Teamcenter, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, custom ERPs. For legacy systems without native APIs we build ad-hoc adapters — a compatibility layer that puts them on the network.
— 03 Should integration be done in-house or outsourced?
Depends on scale. A single 1-to-1 flow can be handled well by an internal IT team with backend skills. When the system becomes more complex it is advisable to rely on a specialized team.
