This Legal Notice governs the use of the website www.fitec.it (the “Site”) and provides the identification information of the service provider pursuant to Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 implementing Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site has informational purposes only, presenting the activities, services and products of FITEC S.r.l. It does not function as an e-commerce tool and does not accept purchase orders: commercial enquiries are handled separately, through the contact channels indicated on the Site (email, phone).

3. Terms of use

Access to and navigation of the Site are free of charge. Use of the Site by the user implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. The user undertakes not to use the Site for purposes contrary to the law, public morals or public order, and not to engage in actions that may impair its operation or availability.

The “FITEC” trademark and other distinctive signs on the Site are owned by FITEC S.r.l. or their respective owners. Third-party trademarks possibly mentioned (e.g. Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systèmes Catia, Siemens NX, Microsoft Azure, etc.) are cited for descriptive purposes only and remain the exclusive property of their respective owners, to whom every legal prerogative is recognised.

Reproduction, modification, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, resale or any other use, in whole or in part, of the contents of the Site is prohibited without the prior written consent of FITEC S.r.l. Reproduction is permitted strictly for personal and non-commercial use, provided that the source is cited and any reference to the rights holder is preserved.

FITEC S.r.l. endeavours to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate, up to date and reliable. 9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning the interpretation, performance or validity of this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Turin, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules in favour of the consumer where applicable.
